Worship & Music
Worship is central to the life of our community. Worship reminds us of who we are, what we can become, how we want to live, what we hope to give to the community and the world. We have Sunday moring worship at 11am at United Lutheran Church (409 Greenfield, Oak Park), our temporary home while Unity Temple undergoes restoration. Nursery care and religious education is provided. Visitors are always welcome.
Listen to podcasts of sermons from our worship services from our Senior Minister, Rev. Alan Taylor, our Minister of Faith Development, Rev. Emily Gage and other guest worship leaders.

Joys & Sorrows
Time is set aside as part of each service at Unity Temple to share joys and sorrows. This tradition is an integral part of Unitarian Universalist worship services. It is a time for members and friends of our congregation to share the significant milestones of their lives: births and deaths, reunions and farewells, love and grief, fear and delight, the personal and the universal. All are welcome, and all are encouraged to participate. But please remember: by rising to share your joys and sorrows, you are doing more than making an announcement. You are asking each person here for their spiritual and emotional support. Please be mindful of this sacred time, and use it gently.
