Information:

On May 13th, The Unity Temple Choir will perform Triptych by British composer, Tarik O'Regan with a full string orchestra.  This challenging but exciting contemporary work draws its texts from William Blake, Rolland B. Gittlesohn, John Milton, William Wordsworth, Thomas hardy as well as The Bible (Psalm 133), selections from the Sacred Books of the East.

This three-movement work incorporates harsh chords, awakening the conscience of its listeners, unsettling reminders of our challenge to live in peace and unity and soothing melodies opening the door to the understanding that the Soul rises within us to appreciate the lives we live.  Click on the attached link to hear versions scored for choir and percussion ensemble and imagine the UTC with a full compliment of strings that seeks to transform your worship experience on this memorable Sunday.
