A memorial service will be held for Phyllis Samore on Sunday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m.
Mary Rose Lambke and other members of Phyllis's Chalice Circle will coordinate the reception. If you have questions or would like to contribute, please contact Mary Rose.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
