Coffeehouse: Billy Lombardo

On May 19, 3rd Saturday Coffeehouse welcomes fiction writer/poet Billy Lombardo, recipient of the 2011 Chicago Tribune's Nelson Algren Award for the Short Story. He is the author of three books of fiction and a book of poetry/prose. His forthcoming novel, The Day of the Palindrome, will be published by Razorbill in 2013. He is the founder and managing editor of Polyphony H.S., a student-run international literary magazine for high school writers and editors and an excellent reader of his works.
