2016 Annual Meeting
The UTUUC Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, December 18 at 12:30 p.m. in the sanctuary at United Lutheran Church. All members are urged to attend. A quorum of 20% of eligible voting members is required to conduct business.

The packet includes the meeting agenda, guidelines for participation, September 2016 Special Meeting minutes, Absentee Ballot, information on nominated candidates for the Board of Trustees and the 2017 budget.

The Board of Trustees recommends the 2017 (January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017) (included in the 2016 Annual Meeting Materials)
This budget was developed by the Board of Trustees, the Administrative Team, and the Finance Committee based on the anticipated income and expenses required to support our operations and fulfill our mission.

2016 Annual Reports
The 2016 Annual Reports are now available. They can be downloaded at the link below. Included are reports from the Board of Trustees, ministers and staff, and committees. Also included are reports on financial activities, investment accounts and financial statements.
To save resources, only a very limited number of annual reports will be available at the annual meeting for those without web access. We encourage you to read the reports online.
